Affects me too. Updated everything from ppa, but no luck.
Mesa 7.11, xserver-xorg-video-intel 2.14, nothing changed.

The page you linked has been removed apparently, it only lists intel HD graphics of which this isn't because gma 3150 is based on generation 3 (945) which is opengl 1.4 based. OpenGL 2.0 features can be enabled via installing driconf and enabling the "Enable limited ARB_fragment_shader support on 915/945." and "Enable stub ARB_occlusion_query support on 915/945." options. They are not enabled by default because they do cause problems.

Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 supports OpenGL* 1.5 with Microsoft* Windows* and OpenGL* 2.0 with Linux*

I will try driconf hacks. Thanks.

Sounds good. That's probably your screen refresh rate, and I can see no benefit in going above that.

If you for some reason want to draw frames faster (if you are f.ex. debugging a problem, that only occurs on really high framerates, f.ex. on people with badly configured refresh settings), see the Performance tab, and try different values for "Synchronization with vertical refresh (swap intervals)"
