Bug Description

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

since upgrading to the latest version in Maverick two days ago, my mouse pointer is invisible on the desktop. When I hover over buttons or list entries, they get highlighted and I can click on them. But the pointer still remains invisible. Even in gdm I don't have a mouse pointer.
BTW: I have removed unclutter and rebooted, but the problem is still there.

I have the same problem..the pointer is not visible but the pad is still usable..if using the previous version of the kernel (the one .12), everything works..Maverick with the video card Intel i8..
