After upgrade Ubuntu 9.04 to Karmic with "sudo do-release-upgrade -d" at restart i cannot get better resolution then 800x600... to get better resolution i must switch off the screen and the pc and then i must turn on first the monitor and then the pc.
Please ask me for more details... i'm glad to help.
