Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

The Moblin X Intel driver packages have additional patches that may improve boot performance, these should be tested and if a benefit is gained, merged.

Will need more information about the specific patches before this can get a final FFe.

[unless there are specific changes needed to the xorg source package - which I'm assuming there won't be - it's unnecessary to have this task open against xorg since there are already tasks for two other X packages.]
