xv output flickers fullscreen and window

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

playing videos in totem or other players with xv output,
the video starts to flicker after some time.
like only parts of the image are updated before a repaint.

1. output of `lspci -vvnn`
2. /var/log/Xorg.0.log
3. /etc/X11/xorg.conf
