Bug Description

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

When watching DVB-T tv with kopete, the xserver crashes, when switching between windows.

Thanks for attaching the full backtrace. I guess it is the best to move it upstream. Just to be sure that it still happens with a newer -intel driver please check this unofficial package http://people.ubuntu.com/~bryce/Testing/intel/hardy-amd64/xserver-xorg-video-intel_2.3.1-1ubuntu1~bwh3_amd64.deb .
To install it you have to remove the old i810 driver before.
sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-video-i810 xserver-xorg-video-all

If you want to reset everything do the follow commands.
sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-video-intel
sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-all

The newer Intel driver fixes the problem.

The backtrace looks similar to those in Bug #212799 and Bug #220019.
Maybe they're all connected?
