Bug Description

I am using kubuntu 7.10. I try to boot it from the CD I ordered, but it seems to not work. The screen goes blank and I cannot use X. I can use tty login, (command) but even if I download the driver package that I need it will be removed on next boot(I am running it live). My Video card driver is the Intel 82810 and is not properly detected. Note: The same thing happened with Windows, until I downloaded the driver from http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/intel810/ and installed in safe mode. It says the drivers for this should be included, but for some reason, it seems not or does not work at all. please help me with this as my other bug report didn't clear at all. My pc Stats are attached.

I have discovered that it is not my GFX card, but my monitor. I have bought a new one and now everything works. Thanks for your help!
