Bug Description

On the first reboot after upgrade from vivid to wily, horizontal bars surround windows, and scramble the text on terminal, as well as the xfce4 menu bar. It is not the whole screen that gets these horizontal bar artifacts, only particular windows, and only particular images in particular windows. For example firefox is almost entirely clear, except for the 'bookmarks' and other icons within it, and some jpegs rendered within it.
