latest xorg stack shows lots of glitching on haswell iris

Bug Description
I am seeing lots of graphical glitches in KDE on the latest xorg stack using a new MBPr 13" Haswell. The glitching can be seen on unity as well, but its harder to catch as it only appears for a split second at the title bar.

The issue appears to originate from mesa.
