Description:
xorg freezes with xmir after xrandr --output VGA-0 --off :
Intel Corporation Xeon E3-1200 v2/3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller [8086:0152]
Intel Corporation Xeon E3-1200 v2/3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller [8086:0162]
did not happen on:
  Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller [8086:0122]

steps:
1. install saucy
2. sudo apt-get install unity-system-compositor xserver-xorg-video-intel
3. reboot
4. change resolution with xrandr --output <video-output-here> --off (I did xrandr --output VGA-0 --off)

expected result:
resolution changes

actual results:
xorg hangs

This doesn't freeze when MIR_BYPASS=0 is exported in /usr/sbin/unity-system-compositor.sleep
