Bug Description
I have been testing the evolution of the problem, and found an half-solution by using the UXA accelmethod.
(as recommended on another bug by another person)
Without the UXA in my xorg.conf, the flash player only display on half it's rectangle, and it is full of overexposed gibberish.
With UXA, the flash player works well, but always no GL.
glxinfo gives this message in both cases.
name of display: :0
X Error of failed request: BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)
Major opcode of failed request: 153 (GLX)
Minor opcode of failed request: 3 (X_GLXCreateCon
Serial number of failed request: 22
Current serial number in output stream: 25
and no GL program even start, no glxgears, no games.
This was working very well few months ago.

better choice of target package
I am running a Kubuntu-Desktop 13.04 beta2, if it can help solve the problem.
