xserver-xorg-video-intel: 2.21.5_0ubuntu1

Details:
Connecting a vga screen, then changing screen's resolution rate from 1024 X 768 to 800 X 600 or vice versa, most of the time the screen will become garbage or colorful, but several times is OK.
1) only VGA has this issue, DP hasn't this issue.
2) only SNA acceleration method has this issue, UXA hasn't this issue

It's a kernel bug, and UXA is more than susceptible to it as well.
