Thanks for reporting this bug. Could you also attach your /var/log/Xorg.0.log when it fails to run with DRI? There might be a useful error message there. |

Hi Eduard, glad to hear you sorted the issue out, I'll close this.
Yes, X is case sensitive with module names. I testing putting "DRI" as upper case on my system and X failed to start up. So sounds like the cause of things. If you do figure out what caused the change, and if it's something we can fix, please send us a new bug report and let us know about it.
