  * Fix packaging:
    - Restore original ChangeLog that was trimmed down in diff.gz.
    - Move radeon: fallback render repeat for XAA from diff.gz to
      debian/patches/02_radeon_fallback_render_repeat_xaa.diff
    - Move hotkeys enable by default from diff.gz to
      debian/patches/03_radeon_enable_bios_hotkeys_by_default.diff

  Following changes have been pushed from upstream as they are known to fix a
  bunch of Ubuntu bugs.

  * Fix UseFBDev option. UseFBDev "true" was causing hard machine freezes on
    PPC with random behaviours (including X not starting) or keyboard locks
    on X restart:
    - Add patches 04_radeon_fix_usefbdev_part1.diff and
      05_radeon_fix_usefbdev_part2.diff

  * Fix rom detection for different architectures:
    - 06_radeon_fix_rom_detection.diff

  * Fix CRT monitor detection with r4xx chipset:
    - 07_radeon_fix_r4xx_crt_detection.diff

  * Fix radeon aperture size check that was causing hangs and crashes on
    RN50, M6, M7 with 8/16/32(??) MBs of VRAM:
    - 08_radeon_fix_aperture_size_check.diff
