ATI 790GX Chipset (HD3300) Graphic card detection issue

Bug Description

My graphics card features was functional on 8.04. After upgrade 8.10 It doesn't work. If I run my X Server with low resolution configuration it works. Ever time when I start to Ubuntu it gives me error about Xorg configuration. My main board has 790GX Chipset with Integrated HD 3300 Graphic card.

When I start using 2.6.27-7 kernel It starts recognize ATI device unfortunately All 3D applications have flicking issue.
