Bug Description

lspci output:

08:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Bonaire XTX [Radeon R7 260X/360] [1002:6658]

dmesg error output:

[drm:cik_ring_test [radeon]] *ERROR* radeon: ring 0 test failed (scratch(0x3010C)=0xCAFEDEAD)
radeon 0000:08:00.0: disabling GPU acceleration

kernel parameters with issue:

quiet splash amd_iommu=on mem_encrypt=on

Issue appears on kernels 5.4.0-26-generic 5.4.0-40-generic 5.4.0-42-generic 5.6.0-1021-oem
