Bug Description

I have 2 screens and there is a 2 pixels shift to the right on the display on my second screen (see attached picture). I encounter this issue with Ubuntu 13.10 and 14.04.

This bug seems to be same as:

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=63900

Workaround:

Place the external monitor on the left side and laptop monitor on the right.
This way the laptop monitor with "invalid" width won't miss align the picture on the external monitor.
