Bug Description

On plugging in HDMI devices, the screen is scrambled. Pretty simple.

Boot and log in.
Plug in HDMI device
Watch the screen scramble

This occurs with the Radeon driver.

I managed to recover the system the first time by unplugging the device, however, on the second attempt, the screen scrambled and stuck that way and I had to reboot to recover the desktop.
