my switch works again with the newest 10.04 beta1, just a slight problem after i want to use the touchpad again i have to use the keyboard to enable it.

reproduce:
1) normal behaviour (touchpad and trackpoint working)
2) press fn + f8
3) expected behaviour (touchpad disabled)
4) TYPE SOMETHING
5) press fn +f8 again
6) unexpected behaviour: touchpad still disabled
7) type something
8) switches back to normal behaviour (touchpad and trackpoint)
