click on my touchpad does not work

Bug Description

On my laptop (Old HP NC6000) I cant click on the touchpad.

I can scroll down and up but i do not manage to use the click as i've done with 9.04 and forme versions.

I can confirm that on both my notebooks (Thinkpad R61 / EeePC 1000h).
IIRC the touchpad is driver is synaptics so assign the bug to the xserver-xorg-input-synaptics package.

Try System --> Preferences --> Mouse, and check under the Touchpad tab
