Bug Description

Hi,

I have chuwi lapbook 12.3 with ubuntu 17.10. On my ubuntu 17.10 as well as earlier 16.04, the touchpad was recognized as mouse. The problem is not in libinput because I have tried to change its rules as well. The problem seems to be with the kernel. This is my output of

cat //proc/bus/input/devices

I: Bus=0003 Vendor=058f Product=5608 Version=0003

As a result of this, touchpad only has basic pointing features. Properties like disable touchpad while typinge etc are not applicable. Because touchpad is treated as a pointer.
