Bug Description

As reported on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Multitouch, the following 3 gestures are not working (and they are the ones I find most useful):

3 finger pinch to maximize/restore windows
3 finger press and drag to move window
3 finger touch to show grab handles

The other 3 finger gestures appear to be working (although I don't really want to use them).

I have followed instructions as on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingTouchpadDetection
and am attaching the appropriate files.

I have no idea if this is related, but I also do not see settings such as "Horizontal Scroll" in the Mouse&Touchpad settings window,
and the option "Disable Touchpad While Typing", though displayed and selected, does not work at all.
This makes typing and development very difficult - as my palm brushes the touchpad, and the mouse cursor jumps unpredictably, causing me big problems when editing text.

Please let me know if I need to log a separate bug report for this. Screenshot attached.
