High resolution mouse scrolling lag/slow in Xorg

Bug Description

I have Logitech MX Master 3S and it was worked ok until I have power off my laptop Dell XPS with Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS. Till my restart I have install different packages so I don't know which one broke the eco system. I have uninstall solaar package but the problem doesn't disappear. The scrolling is working but it doesn't fast at all.

I have fixed it after install solaar app and enable "Scroll Wheel Resolution"

Sounds related to:

  libinput High Resolution Wheel Scroll Enabled (370): 1

so you could also try setting that value to 0 if you don't need it.
