Bug Description

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-evdev

Multiseat configuration on gutsy. If my xorg.conf file uses for the keyboards and mice lines like:
Option "Device" "/dev/input/eventX"
then X works (sometimes, but that's another problem, with evdev as well, trying to use the PCSpeaker as a keyboard!!!. It's been reported elsewhere). If I use instead the line that the man page recommends:
Option "Dev Phys" "usb-0000:00:13.0-2.2/input1"
then X crashes with a signal 11:

Fatal server error:
Caught signal 11. Server aborting

This is a fully updated gutsy install on a dual core Athlon 64 X2 5600+ processor, 2GB memory dual graphics card (ATI X800 PCI-e and ATI mach64 AIW PCI)
None of the other evdev related X crashes seem to be the same as this one:103902,39878,56751. I'll attach logs and config files next.
