EVDEV mice driver bugs for left and right wheel buttons(RX300), not proper event appears in XEV

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-evdev

in the xev, if you click a common button, it will appears a "ButtonPress" event(when you click on it) and a "ButtonRelease" event(when you release the button), but when I using the EVdev driver the extra wheel button(left and right ), in xev appears that two events(ButtonPress & Button Release) in a same time, that means when I click on it , not release yet, it finished a click. This cause a terrible problem, when I xmodmap it to the middle button. and use it in Maya as a middle button.
