Xpaint has no menu entry

I do not agree. When starting Xpaint, it uses the standard output (terminal) to display text and informations, so I don't think it needs a .desktop file, because it is not 100% graphical.

A .desktop file can open a terminal ... and for most people don't use
the terminal output in Xpaint ...
