notes do not keep position after logout/login

Bug Description

after logout/login in xubuntu 18.04, the xpad notes are arranged at wrong positions. Only the first note I created keeps the right position.

it looks like the new position after moving is not written to the .config/xpad/info-xxx file. If I set a position manually within that file, the note will show up at that position. But it wont update if I move it on the screen by alt+dragging or dragging the the title bar
