Window inactive after minimizing to dash

This issue occurs after minimizing all windows at once (Ctrl+Super+D). The xpad note stays minimized and doesn't become active (i.e., visible) either by clicking on the dash icon, or using Alt+Tab (Window switcher shortcut).
