I'm going to be out of the office until Monday, but as soon as I have
some free time available I can SSH in and take care of the package
listing and .xmms tarball. For the time being, here's the simple
answers:

Kernel 2.6.6 (Debian 686 image)
Using the ESD output plugin
Using ALSA for sound.
Using the Nuvola theme.
