Getting error BUG: Unable to allocate address

System hangs mentioning unable to alloocate paging address: ffffd004. I am facing this issue very often. Looks like there is allocation of resource out of scope. Please help me regards,

None of the log files mention the error you see. So where do you see it and can you attach the full error message?
