Dialogue boxes are missing text and input markers in Feisty

Bug Description
Upgraded to Fiesty from Edgy using the upgrade button in system update.
Since then the dialogue boxes either have missing text for the question and or an input box.
Examples of this are the keychain password request and the password for gaim.
This affects all window managers Beryl / Compiz / Metacity that I have tried.
Using an acer laptop with the Intel Graphics 950

Thanks for your comment. I'm not sure what is going on here, but it looks like several other people are experiencing similar problems.
