Bug Description

After a clean install of feisty, I ran a sudo apt-get dist-upgrade. A dialog from debconf popped up with the following error:

"Incorrect nice value

Please enter an integer between -20 and 19."

This dialog only gives me the option to go next or cancel, and clicking next does nothing while clicking cancel makes it go away, only to pop up again. Here is the console output during the dist-upgrade:

augsod@augsod-laptop:~/easyubuntu$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Looks like the debconf stuff is mostly toward the bottom.
