Bug Description

Hi,

Gdm is patched in ubuntu to ship /etc/X11/Xsession.d/60xdg_path-on-session (attached for reference) to automatically set the correct XDG_{CONFIG,DATA}_DIRS depending on $GDMSESSION.

Xubuntu already switched to lightdm, and relies on this feature to have the xdg variables correctly set.

From a quick look at the source code, lightdm already sets GDMSESSION, could you please add a similar file to the lightdm package? Thanks.

After talking to RAOF, it makes more sense to add that to Xorg itself. Commit pushed upstream, uploading a gdm removing this file as well and now depends on DESKTOP_SESSION

maybe rename the file to 60x11-common_xdg_path or something, like the rest of the files on the package.
