Thanks for reporting this bug in Ubuntu. Can you please test to see if it occurs in Feisty or a newer version of Ubuntu? If so, can you please also attach your /etc/X11/org.conf and /var/log/Xorg.0.log files, and the output from lspci -vv? |
Okay thanks for getting back. Unfortunately without the equipment on hand we won't be able to get keycodes and other information needed to debug this problem. I'll close it as out of date, but if you happen to get ahold of your friend's keyboard again, please feel free to open a new bug about it. |
