Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace
I use Kubuntu 9.10
My X session closed and put me back to the longin screen killing all the running apps.
I don't know how to reproduce the bug i just have some systemlog lines :

2010-02-23 17:13:57 ManiacMansion avahi-daemon[915] Invalid query packet.
