I'm seeing this too. ATI radeon X1900 with two Samsung 1600x1200 monitors. Only happens on one monitor. Flashes randomly. Appears to be related to use, but may not happen for some time and then random flashing starts again. Please let me know if I can provide additional information that will assist with resolving this issue. Thanks.
