Mouse pointer does not respond in the right area

When the dock is at the bottom of the screen. Mouse pointer does not respond in the right area. Impossible to click on the icons at the top right. (this seems to only happen for the chrome and chromium application)

I have the problem only when the resolution is the higher 1920x1080, When I lower the resolution, I can click on the icons at the top right.

I have also lot of : i915 0000:00:02.0: [drm] *error* cpu pipe a fifo underrun
And I have add the kernell option : intel_iommu=on,igfx_off
Now everything is working well !

I'm surprised that worked. Otherwise I would have said it was bug 2012388.
