[nvidia] Whole screen pans with cursor movement

Usually the screen works fine, but sometimes suddenly when I move my cursor down, the whole GUI shifts off the screen. So then I'm seeing the bottom part of the GUI on the top of the screen and black on the bottom half of the screen. When I move the cursor back up, the GUI moves back into place.

This problem stays until I turn my pc on and off.

I also had this issue on pop os 22.04

I usually have my display resolution set to 2560x1440, on my LG Electronics 27" monitor.
When I set it to the original resolution of 3840x2160, the glitch disappears.

I think this is a side effect of bug 2060268.

I had a ghost monitor indeed. Per's workaround from bug 2060268 worked to eliminate the ghost monitor:
