Bug Description

The window tilling feature is very annoying and not work as expect. Whenever I just click ONE click on top bar of an application's window, for example Google Chrome, it then will auto resize and a "transparent colored box" show up to let me know where the window will be tilled to. I shouldn't behave like this, as when using Web Browser app, user click on the top bar very frequently, like to open a new tab. And if I continute to click on the top bar (not grab nor click on the maxium/minium button), the window will be tilled to a random position (maybe the not actually random, but it always take up half of display. Worse, If I click "close window" button while an window is in tilling mode, the "transparent color box" will be stuck on screen until I restart the machine

It sounds like you're describing multiple issues and perhaps they might all be reported already:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell-extension-tiling-assistant/+bugs

Can you identify a single new issue that isn't already in that list?

affects: xorg (Ubuntu) → gnome-shell-extension-tiling-assistant (Ubuntu)
Changed in gnome-shell-extension-tiling-assistant (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete
