Bug Description

With my Radeon Vega graphics card auto-rotation of the screen used to work in 21.04 but does not work anymore in 21.10. Also Cinnamon (which I have uninstall now) shows an error, saying that hardware acceleration does not work.

output of `lspci | grep VGA`:
```04:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Picasso/Raven 2 [Radeon Vega Series / Radeon Vega Mobile Series] (rev c1)
04:00.7 Non-VGA unclassified device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD] Raven/Raven2/Renoir Sensor Fusion Hub
Thanks for the bug report.
You seem to be using an unsupported kernel AND have unsupported Mesa packages installed from a PPA. So it's unsurprising that rotation and hardware acceleration might not work.
If you don't know how to fix this yourself then please just reinstall Ubuntu, and avoid installing PPAs or custom kernels in future.
