Old Arabic Fonts are not working

Hello,

Old Arabic Fonts (not MS fonts) were running on MS Word.

they can not working on ubuntu.

they listed in LO Writer , but they are not running in all kubuntu 20.10 applications.

I used fc-cache for install them. but they are not configured for running.

If I use Arabic Fonts for English. It is running but as LTR chars & words.

second char should be in right of first char.
And second word should be on right of first word.

This problem was fixed in old ubuntu ver. (7.?? or 9.??)

Can you list some apps with and *without* the problem?

I wonder if the issue is specific to KDE apps, or if it extends to GNOME apps and Xorg in general.
