Bug Description

i've had this issue several times and twice during a new installation. it will happen randomly but mostly a few mins in to a boot up after being logged in, the screen will turn black for a moment and when it comes back the screen that is being displayed will be displaying 90 degrees rotated counterclockwise. the only way i can get it to go back is to restart the system, and after several times i found a auto rotate lock option but i don't know why my laptop would be thinking it's being rotated while sitting level on a table?
