[radeon][amdgpu] Power Save Blank Screen Resoration Ubuntu 18.04

After Blank Screen has time operated, Display screens can be re-energized but only to a display of colored noise all over them.
To recover the machine must be turned of and restarted from scratch.

The problem can be bypassed by deactivating the Screen Blank feature and only using the suspend mode to avoid having to use a forced power off and loosing data.
