Ubuntu 16&17 don't stop. Toshiba C50 B 19H [SOLVED]

Hello,
I am not sure I talking about the good package (xorg).

Since I change my hard drive (for a transcend 370s) when using ubuntu 16 (same version as before) my computer don't want to stop (I have been waiting for 10 mn) so that I've done strong shut down and affected my Hard drive boot (I think have to use boot-repaire).

I would be great full if you could fix the probleme or tell me more and how to fix.

Perhaps I found a solution for my Toshiba C50 B 19H:

I have a recurrent problem since I have this computer witch is freezing (unsupported sleep state):

It may fix the problem. Anyway the last time I restart my computer was ok.

I'll tell you more about in a couple of days.

I checked again my computer this morning.
Every thing is working fine now.
I can also use the standby mode what I couldn't before.
