Bug Description

WHen I boot into Ubuntu 16.04 a ton of code runs prior to login. Ran repair broken packages from the grub loader systems utilites. Hope this makes sence to you.

Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial) reached end-of-life on April 29, 2021.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported when using a currently supported version of Ubuntu? Please let us know if you do, and describe in details the problems that you are experiencing, otherwise this report can be left to expire in approximately 60 days time.

Greetings from Seattle. Thanks for getting back to me. I am awaretheses projects are limited staffing. Being an open source project wedo what we can when we can. I am appreciated of the open source beingavailable. Sometimes we old school get used to daily life with an OS.I recently upgraded to Ubuntu 20.04. Best thing ever. Morestreamlined with more useful utilities. Even noticed the graphicsdriver delivers a more sharper picture with the same flat screen usedwith the 16.04.
