Keyboard input disables when laptop is rotated

I have Dell Inspirion 11-3168 with accelerometer. Now I don't want to use accelerometer. But if I turn the laptop to side, keyboard input become disabled. I can switch to console by ctrl+alt+F1 and type in console but I can't type in GUI when laptop is on it's side.

UPDATE: Ctrl+alt+F1 and terminal doesn't work too.

But here is a workaround with disabling accelerometer:

echo "0" > "/sys/bus/usb/devices/1-2.4/power/autosuspend"
echo "auto" > "/sys/bus/usb/devices/1-2.4/power/level"
echo 1-2.4 > /sys/bus/usb/drivers/usb/unbind

(after power on and resume from suspend).
