Graphic problems

Greetins,
everything worked fine until two days ago,my external monitor wont display and thats the problem i tryed on few displays and none is detected.Also i have problem now when i enter in the full screen of chrome or gallery my ubuntu freezes.

Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial) reached end-of-standard-support on April 29, 2021.
