After update to 16.10 second screen background is not cleared

Bug Description

I just updated from 16.04 to 16.10 and now the window background is not cleared anymore - so when you drag windows they leave resedue which looks like the screenshot I attached

Could you please run the following command once from a terminal by ensuring you have the package xdiagnose installed, and that you click the Yes button for attaching additional debugging information:
apport-collect -p xorg 1633227
