Bug Description

I have a Dell Inspiron 5548 and I made a clean install of Ubuntu 16.04 64-bits on it these past days, with subsequent updates, obtaining the following error on Xorg:

Guilherme Versiani, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better.

1) Do you have an actual usability issue or you just notice these errors in the logs?
2) To clarify, which updates were applied specifically when this issue started to happen?

Yes, I have an usability issue. The screen constantly flickers a bit, specially when playing videos or when I switch among windows too fast.

Regarding your question #2, please tell me how I can report which updates I have on my environment. I am used to update once a day, whenever there are updates.
