Bug Description
I'm using kubuntu 16.04 with kubuntu backports ppa enabled. All updates are installed.
Since one of the latest updates the boot process hangs for 90s. Pressing ESC shows that the system is waiting for 2 devices. 1 seems to be an UUID which is not present in fstab and the other one is cryptswap.
